The Diabetes Wellness Center is a nonprofit, community center dedicated to empowering individuals living with diabetes to identify, address and overcome the physical, psychological, social, financial, and environmental obstacles and barriers to living well with this condition.

The Diabetes Wellness Center Needs Your Support!

The Diabetes Wellness Center, Inc. is a 501C3 nonprofit corporation. All donations are tax-deductible. In addition to funding, the DWC is in need of "in-kind" support as well.

Current necessary items include: a projector and a laptop computer, preferably Mac.
